M4 Maths ('we', 'us', 'our') is committed to protecting your privacy and handling your personal data responsibly and in line with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021). Information we collect
We collect the information you choose to provide, along with a small amount of technical data:
- Enquiry form: parent or guardian name, email address, phone number (optional), student year group, curriculum or exam board, preferred contact method, and any message you send.
- Booking: when you schedule through our booking page, our scheduling provider collects your name, email and the time you select.
- Website usage: anonymous, aggregated analytics (such as page views) that do not identify you personally.
Children's and students' information
Our services are arranged by parents and guardians. Where information relates to a child, it is provided by the parent or guardian, who consents to its use for arranging and delivering tuition. We do not knowingly collect personal data directly from children.
How we use your information
We use your information to:
- respond to your enquiry and arrange a diagnostic assessment or lessons;
- schedule, deliver and manage tuition and communicate with you about it;
- process payments and keep basic records of lessons and packages;
- improve our website and services; and
- comply with our legal obligations.
Legal basis for processing
We process personal data on the basis of your consent (which you give by contacting us or booking) and where necessary to provide the tuition services you have requested. You may withdraw your consent at any time.
Sharing and service providers
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with trusted service providers who help us run the service:
- Web3Forms: secure delivery of enquiry-form submissions to our inbox.
- Calendly: appointment scheduling.
- Vercel: website hosting and privacy-friendly analytics.
These providers process data on our behalf. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.
International transfers
Some of our service providers are located outside the UAE. Where personal data is transferred abroad, we take reasonable steps to ensure it is protected to a standard consistent with UAE law.
How long we keep your data
We keep personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes above, for example to respond to your enquiry and to maintain records of lessons and payments, after which it is securely deleted. You may ask us to delete your data sooner (see Your rights).
Security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your information against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we work to keep your data safe.
Your rights
Under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law, you have the right to:
- be informed about how your data is used;
- access a copy of your personal data;
- have inaccurate data corrected;
- request deletion of your data;
- restrict or object to processing;
- request portability of your data; and
- withdraw consent at any time.

Cookies and analytics
Our website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. We use privacy-friendly analytics that measure overall site usage without identifying individual visitors.
